Dash-Track Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use the app?

When you accept an order, click the accept button. When you decline an order, click the decline button. If you are using Android Automation, the accepts and declines will be entered for you.

When you unassign an order, if it was the last order you accepted, click the unassign button. If it was not the last accepted order, you can click on the icon in the list representing that order and a screen will pop up allowing you to change the status of that order. You can also use this feature to fix mistakes made (ie. clicking too many times, hitting the wrong button, etc)

After you have entered 100 orders, the app will show you what type of offer you are replacing so that you can decide whether accepting or declining will raise or lower your acceptance rate.

The app will also tell you how many offers in a row you need to accept in order to raise your acceptance rate by 1%, how many accepts in a row you need to complete in order to raise your completion rate by 1% and how many offers in a row you need to accept in order to reach the next level in the Accept More, Earn More Diamond Program.

Why does it say I've unassigned 4 offers, but I only see 3 on the list?

Your completion rate is based on the last 100 accepted offers. The screen used most often is the AR page which shows the last 100 offers. If you look at the CR page, you will see the list of last 100 accepted offers and will find the extra unassigns there as they happened some time before the last 100 offers on the AR page.

Why do I have to make an account to use the app?

An account is required because in a future update we will be synching data with servers so that you can switch phones without losing your data, and be able to access the app on the web.

Should I make the numbers match DoorDash or start at 0%?

The purpose of the app is to track your last 100 offers. We have no way of knowing what you accepted or declined before so you must start at 0 and enter the offers as you get them in order for the app to work correctly. Once you reach 100, the numbers should match DoorDash.

Android Automation

How to I turn on automation?

Click the 3 lines at the top left of the screen to open the side menu. Click "Automation", and tap the checkbox by Accessibility Service, then tap Agree. This will open your Accessibility settings. Depending on your Android version, it will either show Dash-Track at the top or you may need to look for the menu item "Installed Apps" and scroll to find Dash-Track. Tap the toggle to Use Dash-Track. Click Allow and then hit the back button until you get back to the Dash-Track app. Click Start Dash-Track and it will now be automated.

How do I know if automation is turned on?

If it is not on, you will get a message at the bottom of your screen "Please enable Accessibility Service for Dash-Track for automation to work" If you receive this message, you can re enble it by following the steps above. If it is on, you will not see a message and everything will look normal.

Why do I have to keep turning on automation?

Android turns off the Accessibility settings randomly to make sure that you really want it to be on. When this happens, just re enable it. This is a feature of the Android OS and can not be changed.

I accepted an offer, why did Dash-Track enter a decline?

When you first receive an offer, it is entered as a decline. This is in case you let the timer run out. It will update to Accepted when you receive the next notification from DoorDash. This is usually after you hit Arrived at Store.

Why did Dash-Track miss an offer?

Sometimes glitches happen and you don't receive the proper notifications. Without these notifications, Dash-Track doesn't know that you received an offer. You can manually enter a missed offer and ensure that the Accessibility Service is still on in your settings.

I received 2 offers but Dash-Track only counted 1.

We are still working on this. Until we get a fix ready, you will have to manually enter another accept or decline when you get a double.

I accepted an add-on but Dash-Track only counted the last one as accepted and counted the first as declined.

We are still working on this. Until we get a fix ready, you will have to edit the first offer and mark it as accepted.
